POLYBIT® Polyfoam DS 45P is three component system developed to produce core rigid foam for continuous line manufacturing
of Aluminium Flexi-faced duct board system. The system is designed to be used with N-pentane as blowing agent. Boards of 20 mm can be produced with densities approximately around 45 kg/m³. Quantity of pentane is added by the customer during process to get the required densities.

The conveyor belt press is set based on the dimesion of the panel. The metal sheets (Top and Bottom) are glided inside the belt.
Ensure that the Polyol and MDI ratio, temp: and pressure are all set as per process condition. During process the polyol and MDI gets impingemented in the mixer head and get sprayed through poker (it can be fixed or oscillated)
The PU foam gets sandwiched between the metal sheets and comes out of the conveyor belt were it is cut with the help of machine cutter and stacked.
