The surface to be tiled must be flat, clean, dry and free of oil; grease etc. newly plastered area should be cured completely to develop sufficient strength to hold the weight of the tiles. Board of timber surface must be dry, rigid and flat. Before use stir the Polyfix RM well. Porous cementations substrates, gypsum boards, timber boards shall be treated with penetrating primer, prior to the application of Polyfix RM. Work for a maximum area of 1m2 at a time. Apply the material to the support to a thickness of 3mm forming a horizontal rib with a notched trowel. Start from the bottom or top of the wall. Press the tiles firmly in to the correct position, leaving 1-2 mm space between the tiles for grouting. Wipe off any surplus material immediately with a damp cloth. After a minimum of 24 hours, the tile joints can be grouted with Ceresit CE 33.

Store in a cool, dry place and keep away from all sources of heat and sunlight. In tropical climates, store in air condition rooms. The shelf life is up to 12 months in unopened conditions and if stored as per recommendations. excessive exposure to sunlight, humidity and UV will result in the deterioration of the quality of the product and reduce its shelf life.
